Corporate Concert: Live Webcast
Rather than cancel their 2020 event, one of our corporate clients pivoted their Annual Shareholder Meeting into a virtual event. Meeting participants were pleased to still participate from the comfort and safety of their home offices with minimal front-line staff onsite to execute the event.
Objective
Let past and future hotel guests get a front row seat to a concert from the Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito main bar. It was filmed with the bar directly behind the band and musicians gave an “in your living room” concert.
Alignment
Production crew applied MeetSAFE™ guidelines to socially distance throughout the event and during set up and strike. Masks were worn the entire time. Musicians wore masks until it was time to perform. All musicians were socially distanced on camera. Streamed the concert through Instagram.
